Vefark | Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from Vefark, you can return them and get a refund by following the simple procedure outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.

1. How can I make a return?

To make a return, you can follow these steps: I. To request a return, please go to your Vefark account on vefark.com. If you do not have a Vefark account, you can make a return by clicking the "Save Your Order" link in your order email. II. Find the relevant order in the "Your Orders" section and click the "Return/Refund" button. III. Select the product(s) you want to return and the reason for return. Depending on the reason you choose, you may be asked to provide additional information about the order. Click the "Next Step" button after providing the necessary information. IV. If you do not need to return your product, select the refund method as the last step. You can choose to have your refund refunded to your original payment method. Make your selection and click the "Submit" button. V. If you need to return the product(s), you will have the option to select the return and refund methods. After you submit your request, we will provide you with a return label so you can return the product(s). Shipping is free for the first return made for each order within 30 days of the order date. VI. Pack all return items in a package and send them using the return label we provide. The original barcode of each item must be included. If you cannot find the barcode, please pack the items without barcodes separately in transparent bags and place them in the return package. A refund will be issued after the warehouse receives the items and passes the quality control. If you do not receive the refund, please contact us for assistance. Make sure to keep the barcode of each item for your next purchase, so that you can get your refund without any problems. VII. After you pack all return items in a package, print the return label we provide and stick it on the outside of the package. Send your package back to the nearest shipping point and you are done! VIII. You can check the refund status of your product from your order details page or via Vefark's SMS/E-mail notifications.

Make sure your return package is mailed within 14 days after you submit your return request, otherwise the refund process will be terminated. The return label we provide is only valid if you are shipping to certain areas (excluding security-restricted areas such as military bases).

2. Is return shipping free?

Shipping is free for the first return made for each order within 30 days of the order date. If you need to return a heavy or oversized item, you can use your own shipping option for the return. You must prepay the shipping fee and then contact us for a refund. Once the items are returned and passed quality control, a refund of the equivalent amount will be issued. When requesting a return, you may be offered the option to receive a partial refund without returning the item. If you accept this offer, one of the free returns you have for that order will automatically be deducted. If you have already returned items from an order and would like to return additional items from the same order, you can do so as long as the 30-day period has not expired. We recommend that you send your returned items back in one shipment to avoid additional charges. This can also minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns. For second and subsequent returns from the same order, you can use the return label we provide. The amount of $7.99 plus tax, depending on the order's shipping address, will be deducted from your refund. Tax will be added when you apply for a refund.

4. Can I return any product I purchased from Vefark?

Almost all products purchased from Vefark are eligible for return and refund if you are not satisfied, with a few exceptions:

• Garments that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery, or whose tags or hygiene tape have been removed.

• Food and groceries.

• Health and personal care products.

• Some free gift orders.

5. How much time do I have before I can process a return?

If an item is eligible for a return and refund, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. After submitting your return request within the return window, you must send the return package back within 14 days. You cannot return an item after 30 days of purchase.

6. Refunds

I. You can get a refund after we deliver the return package. If we do not receive the returned items, we may charge your original payment method. An advanced refund will be issued based on your shopping history and our sole discretion. II. You can get a refund before you ship the returned items back. If we do not receive the returned items, we may charge your original payment method. An immediate refund will be issued based on your shopping history and our sole discretion. III. Refunds for returned items will be processed after we receive the items and pass quality control. IV. If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts/accessories, or damaged due to improper packaging during the return, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the loss in value of the item. V. Refunds for missing items: Find the relevant order in the support center, then apply for a refund by selecting "missing item/parts" or contact customer service. VI. Refunds for a package that was delivered but not received: Find the relevant order in the support center, then apply for a refund by selecting "delivered but not received" or contact customer service. VII. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to be deposited into your original payment account. If the return is not Vefark's fault, the original shipping costs are not refundable. Insurance costs, if any, are also non-refundable.

7. Refund Timeline

After you file your refund, your financial institution will need additional time to make the funds available to your account.

8. Important Notice

I. The sender address on the package is NOT the return address. If you send the return package to that address, your refund may be delayed. You should only send the return package to the address on the return label we provide.

II. Make sure that you do not accidentally include any items in your return package that you do not want to return. If you have accidentally included the wrong item, please contact Customer Service.
