Shipping Options

Depending on the items in your order and your location, you can choose between standard or express shipping. If your orders are transferred to local carriers for final delivery, you may not be able to track your shipment every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide an accurate and up-to-date address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as shipping addresses. However, certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large items, valuables, perishable items, age-restricted items, or items shipped via special carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation in order to be successfully delivered. Our partners may state in their product listings that they cannot ship items to P.O. boxes. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

Shipping Time and Cost

1. Once your order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see the estimated delivery time and shipping cost on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message with the processing time of your order.

2. The warehouse may take 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a message when your order has been shipped.

3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification message with the estimated delivery time for each package. You can also view this information when we provide the tracking number. You can also view this estimated delivery time under each package in your order history.

4. In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors may affect the delivery date. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery date.

Delivery Issues

If your package has not been delivered, or if the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package, please contact our customer service immediately and within 90 days of the order date.
