Get a full refund if your item is undeliverable, arrives damaged, or not as described. You may be asked to return the item before a refund is issued.

Vefark Order Protection Program Eligible Cases

  • Your order does not match the product descriptions and photos.
  • Your product arrived damaged.
  • Your product was not delivered, arrived late or was lost in transit.

If there is a problem with your shopping, we are here for you. The process works like this:

Create a Return Request

On the “Your Orders” page, select the item(s) you want to return and click the “Return/other assistance” button. Please share your reason for return to help us serve you better next time. Select the return method and click the “Submit” button.

Print Return Label

Click the "Print" button to print the label and attach the return label to the outside of your return package. Ship the package to your nearest shipping location according to the instructions in the email! The first return of one or more items per order is free! All eligible products can be returned in their original condition within 60 days of purchase to receive a full refund. We recommend that you select all items you wish to return together to avoid additional shipping costs and to minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns. Please send the package back within 14 days of submitting your return request.

If your order qualifies for the Vefark Order Protection Program, you will be refunded for your item(s). You can choose to receive the refund to your Vefark credit or your original payment method. You will receive a notification when the refund is completed.
